JOSEPH BAY BOATHOUSE (LAKE JOSEPH)
Set in a peaceful bay, this this two-slip boathouse includes a private sauna, outdoor kitchen and upper living space. This boathouse will be grounded in Muskoka tradition and crafted to last for generations.
A full-scale transformation of an existing lakefront cottage, including a complete interior and exterior gut, structural and roofline modifications, and entirely new mechanical and electrical systems. The project also includes a new guest house with integrated garage and living quarters above, creating a cohesive multi-building property.
