In our search for a qualified contractor, Emerson checked all the box’s, providing, full visibility to costs, timing of execution, and quality of sub trades (amazing young group of plumbers, electricians, dry wallers, framers and wood workers). The teams were always very professional and their work space was always well managed and left clean. In a number of cases, the team offered alternative ideas to what we had planned making the final outcome even better. When we had a question on any aspect of the execution, they were quick to respond and amazing at making things right. Nolan, was the lead on our cottage project, and he simply did a wonderful job keeping us posted on progress even when we were away for a couple weeks. We trusted our family space to Nolan and the team who delivered in spades. Bredin Brothers, and their sub contractor’s are simply a cut above, and we are please to highly recommend them for your next project, small or big.

Chris Diana2022-11-28Bredin Brothers was my General Contractor for a new boathouse completed this fall on Lake of Bays. Emerson has been excellent to work with - responsive, honest and a real commitment to quality. It looks great! There were some delays beyond his control but he did his best to mitigate the effect of those delays, including building a high-quality swim dock at a lower price than the dock manufacturers. Once the project started, they stayed on site until completion. Of crucial importance to anyone concerned with a project staying on budget, he also came in under his estimate for labour cost (material cost was higher than expected but out of his control and we were kept informed throughout). I highly recommend Bredin Brothers to those looking for a Muskoka contractor. I will be using Bredin Brothers again next year to build a large deck and stairs.
