Our services & process

1. Feasibility & design

Every project is specific to the client and where it is located. We want to uncover what makes it specific to you and the environmental guidelines we need to work within in order for all parties to consider the project a success. These steps include an intro meeting, site visits, zoning requirements, initial budgeting and scheduling. 

As every project is specific to its owner and environment, so should be the Design Team. After we understand what we're trying to achieve and what we're allowed to, we'll select the correct Design Team to begin bringing your vision to life.

Alternatively, you've completed this stage already, and you're coming to us with an Architect and design that we're to build for you. These steps involve our team of selected Architects, Planners, and Engineers.

2. Preliminary proposal &
value engineering

As your Design progresses and we get closer to gathering required construction drawings, we want to ensure we're continuing to set expectations and be transparent. Your final finishes can be selected a bit later, but we want to provide a Preliminary Proposal to keep everyone on track. We now break down our estimate into individual line items that we'll price based on the scope of work, past projects, current material prices, and expertise. 

Our carefully selected team of trades will be brought into the conversation to provide professional insight on best practices, and sort any issues that we foresee may arise during construction.

3. Construction documents & scheduling

All required construction and mechanical drawings will now commence and be prepared for approvals and permits. These will be overseen to ensure everything is in the correct spot for your project's use.

We will create the final project schedule for review.   

Project management

4. Construction & managment

Our awarded and scheduled team of trades will commence construction.  Throughout this process we are tracking and informing you of schedules, budget actuals, change orders, and passed inspections. This is all done through our Construction Management Software. 

Upon completion of set milestones we will set up client meetings to review. 

5. Handover

Near the end of construction we move into closeout and handover. At this stage, we arrange a walkthrough to go over all items and ensure you're completely satisfied. Continued, a full construction clean, as-built drawings, operation manuals for all equipment and appliances, a list of products used, and Final Inspection to be given.
