Positioned on the point of Lake of Bays with 360° views, this 6,500 sq.ft, 5-bedroom, 5-bath cottage underwent a complete transformation. Reframed with steel for grand windows and doors, the design features a timber-framed entry, Muskoka granite masonry, radiant in-floor heating, and fully integrated automation. Inside, a custom kitchen showcases a 15' island with white oak millwork, Sub-Zero appliances, and a hidden coffee bar- defining luxury living on Lake of Bays. In addition to the main residence, a brand-new three-car garage was built to store snowmobiles and ATVs, designed to perfectly match the main cottage.
