This 3,700 sq.ft. cottage underwent a complete transformation, including new structural framing, windows and doors, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Highlights include vaulted ceilings with exposed timbers, custom fireplaces and millwork, a timeless kitchen, expansive decks with glass railings, and a full new dock. With an 850 sq.ft. garage and custom playhouse, the result is a reimagined family retreat.
