Positioned on the point of Lake of Bays with 360° views, this 8,500 sq.ft, 5-bedroom, 5-bath cottage underwent a complete transformation. Reframed with steel for expansive windows and doors, the design features a grand timber-framed entry, Muskoka granite masonry, radiant in-floor heating, and fully integrated automation. Inside, a custom kitchen showcases a 15' island with white oak millwork, Sub-Zero appliances, and a hidden coffee bar- defining luxury living on Lake of Bays.
